1. Definitions

"We", "us", "our" refer to VIPwheels UK Ltd. "You", "client" refer to the person or organisation booking the service. "Booking" means a confirmed reservation for chauffeur services.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when (a) we issue a written confirmation, and (b) payment or an authorised account is in place. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

3. Pricing

Quoted prices include VAT, fuel, parking, tolls, congestion charge and the agreed waiting time. Additional waiting beyond the included period is charged at £45 per 30 minutes. Significant route deviations or extra stops may incur additional charges, which will be quoted before being incurred where possible.

Card payment is taken at booking unless an account has been agreed. Account clients receive monthly invoices on 30-day terms. Late payment may result in interest charged at 4% above Bank of England base rate plus statutory recovery costs.

6. Passenger Conduct

Smoking, vaping and the consumption of food are not permitted in our vehicles. Passengers behaving abusively, threateningly, or under the influence to a degree that endangers the journey may be asked to leave the vehicle, with no refund. Any damage caused to the vehicle (e.g. soiling, scratches) will be invoiced at cost plus a £150 administration fee.

7. Punctuality & Liability

While we make every reasonable effort to arrive on time, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic accidents, road closures, severe weather, civil unrest, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). For airport transfers, we strongly recommend booking pickups with sufficient buffer for typical traffic conditions.

8. Insurance

All vehicles are fully insured under hire-and-reward policies. Our liability is limited to the maximum recoverable under those policies. Personal items left in vehicles remain the responsibility of the passenger.

9. Complaints

Any complaint should be raised within 14 days to info@thevipwheels.com. We will respond within 5 working days.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
