2. What data we collect

• Booking data: name, email, phone, pickup/drop-off addresses, dates, flight numbers, vehicle preferences.
• Payment data: processed via Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring source.
• Communication: emails, call recordings (with consent), WhatsApp messages.

3. Why we collect it

To provide and improve our chauffeur service, to process bookings and payments, to communicate with you about journeys, to comply with legal obligations (HMRC, TfL Private Hire), and · with your separate consent · to send marketing communications.

4. Lawful basis

We process your data on the basis of: contract performance (your booking), legitimate interests (improving service, fraud prevention), legal obligation (tax, transport licensing), and consent (marketing emails).

5. Who we share data with

We share booking details with the assigned chauffeur, our payment processor (Stripe), our flight-tracking partner (FlightAware), and · only where legally required · with HMRC, TfL or law enforcement. We never sell your data.

6. How long we keep it

Booking records are retained for 7 years (HMRC requirement). Marketing data until you unsubscribe. CCTV in vehicles is retained for 30 days unless flagged for an incident.
