Bank IR teams send us the meeting schedule. We build a master sheet with timings, addresses, contact names, building access notes, and buffer times. Two-page itinerary printed for the driver. Same on the IR team WhatsApp group.
For a London, Edinburgh, Frankfurt sequence, we pre-position cars in each city. Edinburgh and Frankfurt run with vetted partner houses we have used for over a decade. Same standards. Same NDA. Same vehicle class.
The CEO walks out of the lobby. Bag in boot in 90 seconds. Bottled water, day printout, FT and the analyst note. The car pulls away with the driver already on the radio confirming the next stop ETA.
An investor pushes back by 30 minutes. Bank IR rings the dispatcher. We move the next two meetings up, rebook the lunch venue, and send updated timings to all four affected drivers. Total time to ripple the schedule: 7 minutes.
If the next meeting is across town, lunch is in the car. Pre-arranged with the hotel: protein-light box, water, hot tea. Phones and laptops on chargers. Speaker briefs are read between traffic lights.
City Airport at 19:00 for the Frankfurt connection. We coordinate with the car waiting in Frankfurt. Standing passes mean we drop airside at LCY. The German chauffeur is at the FRA jet bridge.
Frankfurt morning. Lunch on a flight to Edinburgh. Edinburgh afternoon. Late dinner. Return to London on the last shuttle.
Things always go wrong on roadshow. Flights delayed, investors held up, a meeting venue without basement parking. The point of working with a chauffeur house that has done this repeatedly is that nothing surprises us. We have plan B ready before plan A is broken.
